It appears this demo is another one of those 'steam wishlist' games, for when the commercial game is out, there won't be upload any full seperate version for purchase here on itch.
The game has been on steam since June 9th, 2022. There's no chance of it being available. Not everyone wants (or is able) to use Steam; but also, developers quite resonably don't want users having access to source code to something that should earn them money. Something Steam's DRM protects.
Hopefully the developer might decide to eventually upload a full (paid) version to itch if sales on Steam taper off.

The I managed to find https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/20-minutes-till-dawn-be3305, however the deal you mentioned wasn't available. Not that I wanted anything for free, I simply wanted to pay to buy this here on itch.
Interesting to see how I ended up downvoted when I pointed out some pretty obvious things without any entitled expectation.
I don't see why devs who publish demos / early versions / experiments here should publish the full version here as well. Perhaps they just want some feedback from people here and they just like publishing it to the bigger platforms better. If you don't like Steam or Epic, then, well, bad luck.
So I don't see this is as "however", it's just a matter of choice, as it's matter of choice where you get your games from.
You can steal source code on itch.io. steam and epic protect against that.

on linux you can usually get it on the google play store and on steam, it is the full game, this is just the beta

Maxed fire is a necessity, the final upgrade allows you to regain hp

Just won my first run, and with my favourite build too- ninja crossbowwoman. I actually struggled for a while, but it turns out that when you've got 60+ damage and a bunch of ways to recharge/increase ammo, taking rubber bullets instantly ends the game in your favor. My game actually lagged a little.
How did you make those graphics? They look very beautiful and clean at the same time.

this game is way too easy like, the lategame enimys are pushovers i could barley even see them :)
i went the most goofy ah strat eveer the "worst character" and the "worst weapon"
and do not get frostbite, but get shatter.
i went the GOADED strat i went the fire character with the flamethrower and got fullisade,, thats essential, YOU HAVE TO GET TEH TOME OF RAGE , splinter, bounce, and then the 0.5 chance to heal per fire , that will give you infinite hp, by that time groups do not exist. 2 mins in, there is usally a huge nearly unkillable horde, just get ice mage, that way u freeze shooters before they can do anything, and then you just shred, and just spin in a circle while holding down shooting u need some firerate too. i killed 3652 with that see how much u did :)

Crossbow + More bullets per shot + Damage + Freeze
(I did this with diamond) found a fun strat, crossbow with the four-shot, enemies that explode into shards, fire rate, and freeze. high damage bullets are a recommendation tho
Oh my gosh, I freaking did it!!! Okay so, here's the strategy I used. Unlock Diamond (for the high HP) and the crossbow. First order of business is to get yourself leveled up like crazy. Make a big circle around the enemies and shoot to the center so they drop the green dots in a big pile you can run through and fill your upgrade meter like nobody's business.
Start by getting a bigger spread of the crossbow and getting the reload that gives you two extra shots before you reload. I powered it up until I had fullisade on rapid fire and shot in all directions when the clip was empty. Get the freeze upgrades because that will be CRITICAL late in the game. Get haste
At the 5 minute mark, the dinosaur boss that charges will pen you in this electrified rectangle. Unload on him till he drops (making sure not to get greedy. Keep a path clear through the hoards of grunts). When he's dead, he drops a pickup. Choose the tome of power. It only takes away 1 max hp, but I was surprised that it only took a slot for some hp I already lost. No real sacrifice at all
By that point, the swarms get CRAZY. Just keep shoot in the direction your running. Keep a path clear. Keep moving. No more bosses. Don't do anything fancy or worry about any more upgrades at this point. Just keep moving and run out the clock
It took me SOOOO many tries and strategies, but I finally did it and let me tell you- I feel incredible! This game is so well designed and so rewarding to complete. Omigosh, 10/10 would reccomend

That took me, like, what, a hundred attempts?.. Before I saw your comment and won the game after LITERALLY the first try of this strat. It appears to be so effective, that I didn't even need to collect the ''Haste'' and "Two extra ammo'' powerups.

This game is cool
I finally won using the crossbow
i did it... i won a flamethrower game without splinter or rubber bullets i feel so powerful
first get your hands on as much hp as you can diamond and shana do fine then unlock the entire multi shot and pyromancer upgrade trees after this you can go for hp and speed upgrades for overall defence but also to unlock rage and run and gun dont take the gigantism upgrade until late game when this build is fully online
finally take the tome of power not the tome of rage percing is better for spreading fire than fire rate and you need the knock back
if you do everything right you should be able to face tank the entire game good luck
Most OP builds I've made:
- Scythe + Summons + Bullet Damage + Shard + Burn. This basically let you untouchable and kill enemies at kilometers of distance.
- Crossbow + Piercing + Shot 10 bullets at reload + Ice ability. This will frost every enemy and will let you untouchable as well
- Flamethrower + Lady Lady + Every burn ability + Ricochet bullets. This is not the overall OP, but you can kill bosses in seconds and also it's possible to kill trees for fun.

i lasted to 1 minute and 6 secs left at lvl 12 with diamond and crossbow. It was very fun! (but my pc can say otherwise...)
Used Diamond + crossbow. Great game 9/10!
I played it at an insanely low resolution. I couldn't read small text or see what upgrades I had until the end. here are two screenshots. One is how I saw it, the other is what it was. This is only the end, but it was hard because of this :)

can you make it so that hina's dash goes through enemys? kinda like shade cloak in hollow knight. Great game also! I used Hina, crossbow, and the big bullet thing. It is one shot same with the shade. plz add the dash thing tho...
